• initiatives to follow the Kyoto protocol 11/97, the R.D 1700/2003 about bio carburant use, the directive 88/77/CE and the renewable energy plan 2005-2010.

Our facilities have:

  -70% of light energy because of the automatic lightening regulation.
  -30% calorific.
  -50% hydro energy, when adjusting the use to the necessity by time and intensity.
• -An excellent ambient comfort because of the luminous lamination and regulation of the temperature.
• -Access control by video vigilance in our facilities.
• -Security to prevent the leaking of water, gas leaks from fires and robbery.
